The IRHD centering device with sample holder is designed to work with our IRHD Micro hardness tester. Each sample holder has an unique identification number. The identification number is entered into the MICRO IRHD software. An integrated electric motor moves the measuring table to the exact position of the measuring axis. The tester measures the sample. After the first test the sample holder can be rotated to measure at a different location.
