The 45-degree Peel Tester is a specialized fixture designed to work with a motorized test stand and digital force gauge to form a complete test system. The peel fixture holds and peels back container seals and tapes from food and medical packaging, etc.

Motorized test stands provide the smooth, consistent test speed essential for peel testing. Digital force gauges feature large easy-to-read displays with an intuitive menu interface. All digital force gauges include a RS232 and USB port for optional data output. Optional software stores peak peel force values, or can create a profile curve. ZTA digital force gauges with USB output continuously output at 2,000 data per second.

Motorized Test Stand - Moves the force gauge at a constant test speed
Digital Force Gauge - Displays force applied
Small Chucks - SC-3 or SC-8 Small Chucks – Recommended for most samples
Peel Fixture - P45-50N 45° Peel Table – Maintains 45 degree peel position
