The PosiTest® HHD detects holidays, porosity, pinholes, leaks, and other discontinuities in coatings, linings, and membranes using pulse or continuous DC.
It is available as a stick-type with pulsed DC or a compact wand style with continuous DC output. A voltage calculator feature allows the operator to input the coating thickness to automatically calculate the required test voltage. The tester will provide an audible and visible alert when flaws/holidays are detected.
