Model A2109/LSR/002 for measurement and pulse output facility
The A2109/LSR explosion-proof, intrinsically-safe tachometer is certified EEx ia IIC T4 - ATEX II 2 G to allow for use in a wide range of hazardous environments including petrochemical, gas & volatile materials processing industries.
The A2109/LSR is not certified for use in Mines.
The A2109/LSR combines the best features of both contact and non-contact models to accurately measure RPM, surface speed and length.
Contact measurements
With A2100/01 Adaptor fitted (supplied) rpm, rps, Metres, Feet, Yards per min or per second or total revolutions or length.
Signal Output features - A2109/LSR/002
Pulse Output facility - 5v Pulse output. Output via socket on rear of housing, supplied with 2 metre BNC output cable.

The Pulse output facility
The Pulse output models also have a camera tripod bush fitted as standard, this feature is ideal for hands free applications, for example, continuous monitoring speed of machines, test rig providing easy to set up speed check & recording facilities.
