To return your instrument for service or calibration please print and fill-out our service form (link below) and include with your shipment. If repair is needed we will contact you with a quotation before proceeding. The recommended calibration interval is 1 year for most products however it will vary depending on frequency of use.

$95/hour for labor + material cost, we will send a quote for approval after evaluation
Calibration Rates:
NIST Traceable Calibration $100
NIST Traceable Calibration with Before & After Data $150
Wire Terminal Testers & Cap Torque Testers are an additional $50
